The shift from pre-babies to post-babies was a massive one for Kaaren "Styles" Terpack. As a creative artist and seasoned entrepreneur, Kaaren felt called to helping others who also had similar experiences. With the intention to provide other parents with what she felt she was missing in her own life, she started Nine Month Productions LLC, a company that caters to the desires of growing families looking to find the balance of personal self and family.

Post her second child, Kaaren connected with the art of sewing, something her own mother taught her. She began making children's clothes in between feedings and baths. That transitioned into organizing events for families at her local neighborhood brewery. For two years Kaaren hosted Recess Sundays and Baby Basel at Lincoln's Bread Brewing Co. in South Miami, a family-friendly event with kids activities, music, and of course her clothing.

In 2018 Kaaren enrolled in Miami International University of Art and Design to pursue a degree in Fashion Design with the desire to learn to make clothes for breastfeeding mothers. Covid proved to make this experience twice as hard. But she continued her education online and focused on what she could properly manage from home. She now holds a degree from MIU as well as a certificate from Parsons and Women's Wear Daily for completing the Fashion Business Essentials program.

Nia Fia, which she named after her daughters, Sonia and Sofia, is the clothing and accessory brand under Nine Month Productions. As Creative Director, Kaaren expresses her love of art and function in her designs, while having the flexibility of still being at home with her children. Nia Fia also publishes books and music for "modern families" who Kaaren sees as "those who want to embrace a progressive, safe, and accepting environment for all".

Born and raised in Pittsburgh. In 2003 she was awarded a degree in Film & Video from Penn State University and immediately started off behind the scenes in the film and music industries. Kaaren has now lived and worked in South Florida for over fifteen years. Her professional experience has included staff management, event planning, casting and promotions.
